My guess would be this is vintage... the colors seem vintage. I have a lot of luck in the 25th Street (between 6th and 7th) Goodwill store. It sounds scary but it is really clean and a lot of their stuff is really great. They even have Designer Samples for like $20!

this could be anything from Hermes to Chanel. try century 21- they have designer scarves for cheap including d&g, dior, pucci, etc.

Yes this is a dress from Zara... they may have the same in "top" form though. You could totally wear a fitted, high-waisted skirt over the bottom and make an awesome top out of it.
